Out-of-network (cash) rates are matched to the leading in-network (insurance) rates in Orange County for psychological and neuropsychological testing procedures. If Dr. Chase is not in your network, then itemized bills (similar to claim forms) can be provided to you in order to submit to your insurance company for processing and reimbursement of your costs.
