Last Updated: 2026-05-11

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DrChasePsychology.com (the “Site”) and the related communications channels operated by Dr. Chase Espinoza, Psy.D., a California licensed psychologist (PSY29339) operating in Orange County, California (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc.”).

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, calling, texting, or otherwise communicating with Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. through the channels published on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. Scope

The Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluation services for adolescents and adults age 8 and older, including:

  • Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder testing.
  • Adult autism spectrum assessment.
  • Fitness-for-duty evaluations.
  • Learning disability and accommodation evaluations.
  • Selected related diagnostic evaluations.

Services may be billed to in-network insurances. Member responsibility may be estimated by Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc., but it is the patient’s (or financial guarantor’s) utilitarian responsibility to verify network status and benefits. For any non-contracted (i.e. out-of-network) insurances, services are strictly offered on a private pay basis. The Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. does not provide ongoing psychotherapy, talk therapy, counseling, medication management, prescriptions, addiction treatment, crisis services, or hospitalization. Evaluations may be conducted in person in Orange County, California, or by telehealth where clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

2. No Clinician-Patient Relationship From Site Use

Use of the Site and submission of an inquiry through the Site does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship. A clinician-patient relationship is established only after Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. and the prospective patient have completed intake, signed any required consent forms, and Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. has formally accepted the case.

Content published on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual. Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of Site content without seeking appropriate professional consultation.

3. Crisis and Emergency Services

The Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency, including thoughts of harming yourself or others, do not use the Site to seek help.

  • In an emergency, call 911.
  • For suicide and mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
  • For substance use crisis, contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.

4. Payment and Insurance Posture

Fees for evaluations are quoted at the time of consultation. Payment is due as scheduled in the engagement agreement provided at intake. The Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. does not submit claims to, or accept assignment of benefits from, out-of-network insurance plans. For those who invoke their right to bypass insurance via HITECH waiver, superbills are not provided. A receipt suitable for personal records is available on request. Whether your insurer will reimburse out-of-network charges is a matter between you and your insurer; Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. makes no representation about reimbursement.

6. Telehealth

Where clinically appropriate and legally permitted, evaluations may be conducted by telehealth. Telehealth services are provided in compliance with California Business and Professions Code requirements applicable to licensed psychologists. You will receive a separate telehealth informed-consent document at intake. Telehealth is not appropriate for every evaluation type or every patient; Espinoza Psychological Services, Inc. retains clinical discretion to require an in-person component or to decline telehealth.
